Summer School for Kindergarten
Welcome to OIS Summer School!!
Its the 22nd Summer School Program of Okinawa International School.
The Kindergarten Fun Program is collaboratively designed for 3-6 years old to learn, plan and have fun while learning English in a three themed sessions. This early years stages is fundamental for language learning.

| Finding the great nature and underwater creatures in the summer in Okinawa!
Okinawa's plants, animals, and creatures will show you the answers to your questions. This is the first step for children to learn to solve their own questions! |

School Bus during Summer school
School buses are provided by reservation only.
Applications will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the start of each session, but will be closed when capacity is reached.

The cost is the more sessions you attend, the more you save per session.

Items not included in the cost of each program
Lunch (lunch costs listed below are subject to change)
Kindergarten : 2,000 yen (per session)
Sibling discount is available for the second and subsequent children at a 10% discount from the cost listed in the price list.
FAQs
You can register for one session at a time.
We would like you to pay by credit card.
After confirming the details of your application, we will send you the fee information by e-mail.
Please make full payment within 2 days of receiving the information.
If we are unable to confirm payment, your application will be automatically cancelled. Please understand this in advance.
If you wish to take the bus, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the start of the program.
※ There is a limit to the number of students who can use the school bus.
※ Buses for the SDGs program have fixed bus stops.
※ The FUN program will follow the regular kindergarten bus route.
Reservations are required to order box lunches. Catering orders must be ordered at least 14 days prior to the start of the program.
Bento orders must be ordered on a per session basis. You cannot order for each day.
If you cancel during the program, the fee will not be refunded.
※ Lunch boxes cannot accommodate allergies (all allergens including milk and eggs)

１．In the event of a cancellation request by the client:.
OIS Cancellation Policy
*Program fees must be paid in full within 2 days of receipt of payment.
If we are unable to confirm payment, we will treat the program as cancelled. Please understand that we will not be able to cancel the program.

２．In case of cancellation by the school
Cancellation due to severe weather conditions (typhoon, etc.)
・If the school decides to cancel the program for one week before the program starts
▶ 5,000 yen application fee and all other fees except bank transfer fee will be refunded.
・In the event that the applicant is unable to attend the program due to a transportation disruption
▶ 5,000 yen of the application fee and a full refund excluding bank transfer fee.
・If the school is closed during the program period
▶ No refund will be made.
The following cancellation policy applies only to OIS Summer School fees and does not cover any cancellation fees for airline tickets or hotel accommodations for any reason.
